Words can’t explain. She literally took all work off my hands. All I had to do was Anwser emails and texts. She’s direct and will tell you exactly what you need to do to accomplish what you want/need. I’m a frequent traveler and about 50% of all my business conducted with her I was either out country or in another state. Hands down the best!!!
Allison was incredible throughout the process. Long story short… my Dad had this piece of land under his old companies name for almost 20 years. We’ve tried to sell it a couple of times but haven’t been successful. Reasons being.. we couldn’t locate some of his his companies paperwork and had past title issues. I thought we were going to have to just walk away from it. Allison was the only realtor who could solve the issues we had and she was able to get it done!
