Decided to view a car an hour before they closed on Friday night and Scott was extremely helpful and not pushy in the slightest. I’m deeply disappointed with how RDM Direct have handled my case. An independent engineer’s report (Scotia Vehicle Inspection) found that the car’s fault was pre-existing and present before sale, yet RDM have refused to engage with me or my finance company to resolve the matter. My car has been with them for almost three months, leaving me without transportation or income. Their lack of response is not only unprofessional but unethical. Spoke to Harry and arranged a viewing on a car and asked him to call me if anyone else was interested and I would put a deposit on it,got a phone call to say it had gone!! Terrible service 😑 very disappointing.
