Cowboys is the best way to describe this lot. Abject failure from start to finish, car wasn’t equipped like said, air con never worked, bad paint job on front wing passenger side, bad rust cover up on driver side rear door. Asked several times for V5 and was never provided by RDM. Jim the sales guy- slippery and told many untruths. Nick the ‘manager’ also had zero customer service skills. ***Avoid at all costs***
Terrible company, I bought a car from them 2 weeks later it had issues with the clutch. We did take it back and they claimed to sort it. We have taken it to a couple of garages 1 did say there was issues with the clutch. And pentagon said there was a leak under the car. A month down the line and only driving the car a handful of times the clutch has broken. All we keep getting is call back tomorrow. I’m leaving this review and I’m not willing to change it. Avoid this garage.
Really lovely people, helped me all through the stages of finance. All the cars there are lovely. Big thanks to Liam who was the main helper!
Just brought a Mini Cooper from RDM, great service. Issue with the finance side, which was rectified by Liam. Will definitely recommend the team at RDM for all Used car sales.
