Wish I could give less. Doncaster Cahms have been a waste of nearly 2 years. On a waiting list to be seen. Refused to give medication, told me I should contact the crisis team when things are too much. But they are not instant either and not fit for purpose. My son's Cahms lady is never available as only works 2/3 days a week. And after all this time has done very little to help, I was told by school cahms was a good service. Staff only interested in a pay check zero empathy. They told their client that there needs are to complex and then just googled another service and gave them the phone number to contact
Made me miss my sausage roll from Greggs On the way to school, appalling behaviour.
Always lovely, understanding and professional staff cannot say enough good things about them just getting more stretched due to more and more patients.
