Would have been nice to go for a walk around the lake if I could have got the damn parking machine to work. Got very frustrated with it so went home again.

A handy place to park for a walk round Whitlingham Broad. It can be difficult to find a space at the weekend or peak season. It's is next to the Flint Barn, which has a very good place to have lunch or simply a drink. The walk round the broad is easy walking on hard surfaces, and starts within a few metres of the car park. It's not far from the centre of Norwich, but it's real countryside. I would have given 5 stars , but for the difficulty, finding a parking space.
