One of the cheaper car parks and 10 mins from the cathedral but sadly going to be permanently closed from 1st March 2026

Bit rough surface area, but cheap enough, plenty of spaces when I arrived on a Monday, mid morning. No height restrictions. Good and close to the city centre, at most, a 10 minute walk away. No attendant however, all parking must be paid for on the Paybyphone app, available from the Google Play store. £7.40 to park all day, gates locked at 22.00, open again at 05.00.
Not a particularly well maintained carpark but in a convenient location
