Our fault to some extent because we didn't ask for a quote. We has used them before and needed PAT testing done in an empty flat with about 5 appliances. The engineer did a good job and also identified the smoke detector needed replacing. BUT he was there for 30 minutes and charged us £180 !! Good work but wow, the bill ! My normally efficient wife didn't think to challenge it so we paid it and now feel aggrieved.
Ryan was so helpful and courteous. He identified where the problem was (a faulty washing machine). He did everything possible help me get this resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
