Melissa who works front desk is one of the rudest, unkind person I have ever come across. She is extremely passive aggressive and talks as if you are stupid. She never takes accountability for her mistakes and always blames it on you/the customer. She really made such a poor experience for me and it’s safe to say that because of her I will not be back nor recommend this place. My child and I are both patients here. And my cute kid has a lot of sensory processing issues that result in full meltdowns that require me to restrain him for everyone's safety. And the staff still treats us both with respect and kindness and meets my kid on his terms. I can't say thank you enough.
I’d give it zero stars if i could. I made an appointment with them WEEKS AGO, and everything was fine, Drove all the way from Des Moines to here, I showed up to my appointment 5 mins before and checked in, just to be told they don’t accept my insurance anymore? And it’d be 150 something if I still wanted to be seen. Like couldn’t have you told me that when I made my appointment or give me a call in the days prior? Wasted my time and gas for nothing.
I had a very informative first visit. The entire staff was friendly. On my second visit to have a procedure completed the team at RC put me at ease with detailed explanation of the procedure and follow up instructions. The appointment went as planned. I am very satisfied either way the services provided to me.
