I went in on a Saturday because I work Monday to Friday and can’t get to the bank during the week. I wanted to deposit cash but was told by a patronising staff member, “We don’t take cash deposits on Saturdays.” I explained my situation, and she replied, “Okay, you can do it this time, but if you come in again on a Saturday, we’ll record it on the system and you won’t be allowed to deposit.” She then turned to the woman at the counter and said, loud enough for me to hear: “Make sure this customer can’t deposit on a Saturday ... read more

Came in today looking to swap some Scottish notes to English notes,lady at reception was lovely and said this would be no problem however when I got to the cash desk two young girls made me feel small and smirked/laughed at me, making it a horrible experience. Not good service from RBS Livingston Branch

I’ve came in to the branch a few times over the past couple of weeks for different reasons and the staff are very helpful, kind and respectful.

First time I came to this branch (16th September 24) to get some informations. I was greeted by a lovely staff with short haired. She was pleasantly helpful and suggested I talk to another colleague of her who can help me. I saw Nathan and explained to him what I needed? Nathan was very patient and helped me to call the application team department. Thank you Nathan.

Not enough staff. RBS system terrible due to bolt ons and not rebuilding technology. Still on antiquated HOIS system might as well get the abacus out. Poor customer service and hasn’t evolved over last 15 years.Cant see it improving and if you ask a different member of staff same question you get a different answer .All in all absolutely abysmal
