My experience here has always been excellent, the staff are polite and respectful and couldn't be any more helpful.
The Manager went over and above to help me when I had difficulty sending money abroad. All the staff are friendly, and treat the customers with respect. I’m sure they would love to be told that when in the bank. I miss the Kilwinning branch, but there’s easy access by bus. Special thanks again to the manager, who treated me like his Gran. I am 84!!
