Super customer service today from Max who was so patient with my situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted. Despite the branch being at a peak time and really busy I was really well looked after. Thanks Max!
I had been coming to this branch for a good few times each month. Last visited was 16th and 17th September 24. I normally do my business with Gordon Street branch unfortunately they were closed for renovation. I had no other choice but to come to this branch which is the nearest. I hated coming in here became staff were rude and unfriendly. Not very helpful especially staff who greeted customers. Not really greeting more grumpy faces. Queue takes forever long. I can't wait for Gordon Street branch to be opened.
Appalling service. If you ever have the misfortune of having to make a transaction or deposit here, make sure you come just as the bank is about to open, otherwise you'll be faced with absolute organised chaos around noon, where it's almost queued out the door. If you're lucky, they'll have two tellers on, but most of the time it is only one. It's also your luck whether or not the deposit machines work properly. Joke of a branch.
Woman with long ginger hair was intrusive as to why my relative was wanting to withdraw a large amount of money, twice she asked & she kept insisting on doing a transfer instead but my relative insisted they want the cash. The woman said I've no 20's it will need to be in 10's, we feel she lied & done this out of spite She also used the machine to count it then took ages to count it by hand, I mean the speed was just slower than slow (I get why you need to be slow & careful etc but you could tell this was also out of spite) ... read more
