I popped into the Glasgow charing cross west branch today, & once again was greeted by Stuart with a smile & the warmest of welcomes. He went on to tell me that the branch is closing in December. I was so disappointed to hear yet another RBS branch closing down in the west end of Glasgow, but more so the fact that every time i used this particular branch, i ( & my 2 labradors ) always received first class service from Stuart & the team. The staff in this branch have great people skills, can't remember the boy's name who went beyond his customer service when my Mum passed he done it all for me. Yesterday it was Carol who also went beyond her customer service skills, the staff in this branch are such a pleasure to answer questions and sort out any problem, they are great at what they do, so friendly and welcoming and very skilled at their job, it's not my local branch but I go there as they bend over backwards to help. A great team of Ambassadors.
