Never have a positive experience here. I’ve just had to leave because I waited so long. It’s the same every time. They actually took someone in the queue behind me to the counter when I was next in line. No acknowledgment, I gave up.
Rbs is a horrendous old fashioned bank. Make every action difficult. Unforgivable. Have to move to santander
Worst RBS branch I have been to. Majority of the staff are clueless except one lady. The parking is atrocious at this branch with a very dangerous parking layout which will result in someone's car being damaged. A few times I've had to park in the disabled spot as there was no parking on the other side of the building. The staff ought to come out of the branch and coordinate the parking.
