DO NOT USE IF NOT from UK. horrible interntional service. i used them whilst in the uk but I got locvked out of my mobile app. I have been logged out of my life savings and no number to contact for me to get it back. been trying for three days and get stuck in a loop with a stupid AI assistant. the international phone number has been disconnected. Thanks for stealing my life savings RBS!
Shocking service. No one available to support with the ATM. Badly worded user interface. No signage with getting served by a human. And then when I did get served by someone she was cruel with a total lack of empathy or customer service.
I was here twice this week. Staff were very helpful and could not have been more courteous. Thank you to all of you!
