Fantastic wee branch. Very helpful staff who always make time to help you as much as they can and even if they can't help they make sure to give you the details of who can and how to do it. It has a machine to deposit money into your account which is handy if you don't want to wait on a staff member at the counter. Walked in yesterday and was served straight away no queue whatsoever! Only gripe is the carpark but did ask a member of staff and was told that it was reviewed and the suggestion of knocking the wall down was reje... read more

Never enough staff for the amount of customers that use this bank on a daily basis can wait in a queue for at least 30 minutes!! it would also help if tellers did not get so involved in chitchat about nothing with customers leaving those who are standing waiting to be served having to listen to a silly conversation it's bloody rediculous!!!! they also can't help with credit card enquiries you have to call the number on your card and then talk to a machine that doesn't understand a word you say,lack of human contact ...so blo... read more
Staff always friendly and welcoming. Car park very difficult to navigate with my disability. Perhaps getting rid of the wall would help?
