Terrible treatment, i was put to the back of the queue because i wanted to make a withdrawel of £5000, and it was lunch time and they only had 1 teller on, Been with them nearly 40 years won't be much longer. RBS your staffing probs not my fault i waited in a small queue i should have been taken in turn not put the back until it was quiet enough.

Not enough staff had to wait for a long time to get help when did finally get to speak to someone was told they were short staffed and to phone banking or go online had taken an elderly lady with no access to these sites not impressed.

Staff not helpful all they want you to do is use machines help a bit with machines but why you can't just hand them cash to pay in I'll never know

I am writing to commend the professional services and advice provided by Claire Casey, Andy Rice and Gillian Hardie. My elderly father needed investment advice. These staff members were endlessly patient in answering our questions and helping us navigate and process transactions which we were not confident of carrying out independently at first.
