Busy little bank but Carol and her team are always very welcoming, as a local business owner, I have used the bank for over 10 year's and always had a great experience. I see plenty bad reviews? Again I was in today again great service….
awful bank. staff are awful. service is awful. online help is awful. can’t even open a new account without being on hold for about 3 hours. would not recommend. you’re better off at Bank of Scotland
If I could give zero stars I would. The way they speak to people is disgusting. If they don't want to work, they should stay at home. Standing in the queue and hearing them demanding that their pensioner age customers upgrade to smart phones so they don't come in to the bank was degrading. I think they get a kick out of broadcasting everyone's business to the very long queues. Maybe is this a RBS strategy. Train staff to treat customers like sub-humans so they don't come in to branch, and then close more branches to save mon... read more
Enough shopping to keep you going. Benny Museum for an insight to old Bathgate if you're interested. Lots of places to get good food and drinks. Regal theatre for great entertainment and Bathgate cinema for the latest films. All you need within walking distance.
Before covid this bank used to open on a Saturday and open later than 3.30pm .Now they're not open for normal workers who work Mon to Friday 8am to 4pm
