I had the best night's sleep in a long time after my first session of reflexology. I wasn't sure whether it would be for me (I don't like my feet being touched) but Rachael assured me it was different and I would find it relaxing. Rachael is friendly and professional. I have never experienced someone touching my feet and having tingling sensations in different areas of my body. Absolutely amazing!!! I will be back for more. Thank you!!!!!

My sessions with Rachel are wonderful, I have found reflexology is the one alternative therapy that really works and Rachel is a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner of this skill.
