Was on vacation and happened on this store which had an accessory I was looking for (bike rack for the cruser v3). Wonderful gentleman that was very hospitable. He shared a lot of useful tips and tricks for the bike (I'm very DIY and I love to tinker). He made me a cup of coffee and we had a wonderful chat before leaving. Great bikes, great company. Would recommend.
Enjoyed meeting Graham! Phoned him up to view a bike on a Saturday and he came in just to meet me. Ended up buying a Cruzer and it's been a fantastic experience so far. He really gives you that personal touch and the process was enjoyable,, customizing it, picking out the accessories, etc. And they're part of CycleScheme which is great. Highly recommend!
