Avoid! Purchased a Ford Fiesta ST from rayner smith. The car ended up needing the turbo replacing which RS advised me to do through the warranty. Upon claiming I was told that the bill was only partially covered and ended up having to pay over £600! In addition the car was advertised as having a B&O sound system but didn’t come with one. I would not use this car dealer again car I got from them night mare in the end had to trade in back in and in 5 months of ownership I lost 9k dealer is delusional if he thinks that's normal paid 32950 in November 2023 only got in trade in 23k So I will be differently going to trading standards I could put more on here just disappointed with how dealer will not take responsibility for faulty goods so if you think of buying a car don't use them
