I am not happy with my new home. Multiple issues have come up and the quality of the homes are sub par. The homes look nice and have nice features but the quality of the products is not there. I would advise to look at other sub divisions and developers until Raymus homes improve there quality!
Ever since I came to Manteca, people would say they live off Northgate, off Woodward, by Union and Louise...or they would say they live in a Raymus Home. It's like wearing a badge of honor. Anyone familiar with Raymus Homes, know they are just better. And I love that "drop zone" in their new homes...check it out.
Very affordable, competitive with lots of nice standard features...can't wait to make one a Raymus built house our home. The staff is extremely nice, helpful and professional also.
If I were moving back to Manteca, Raymus would be where I'd go for my new home! A family own business known and trusted since 1947. You can't go wrong with a Raymus built home!
