The friendliest people you can ever meet. What I loved about about buying with Raymus was they were not trying to oversell you on options. They assisted me staying within my budget while getting the house my wife really wanted. I also appreciate the lending staff, Jerri Southern, who did not try and sneak any extra fees into my loan. Only way to get on their waiting list and a contract for a lot and home is to have cash. No idea of length timimg. We are both disabled (one a USN VET). So disappointed this local company would not work with us. We loved their floor plans. All other developers would work with us.
