From the initial help and advice re our purchase of engineered wood flooring we were impressed. Ian put in the time and effort to ensure our difficult floor was prepared fully ready for the laying of the wood flooring, Ian and his son Jack were hard working, helpful in moving furniture, kept us involved and informed during the work.... and a great job with excellent finish. Competitive and fair, transparent pricing. So glad we found this friendly, helpful family run business. Definitely recommend.
We had our flooring supplied and fitted by this company. I can’t recommend them enough. They were so helpful from start to finish. Lee-Ann in the office was so helpful and sorted lots out for us. Ian, Jack and Rich not only laid the flooring but helped with placing all the furniture back, sorted other jobs they didn’t need to & such a happy vibe all day. No job was too much for them. We originally had wood look laminate flooring laid in our hall and lounge. We were so happy with the floor and the service received from Rayleigh flooring warehouse that we decided to order carpets for all the rooms upstairs through them.
