The dealer's associate (Mack) said that he would get back with me with pictures of the car I was interested in. He never did. I sent an email a day (24 hours) later asking if he had forgotten about me and where the pics were? He then gave me an excuse of having a large inventory and it takes time. An excuse is an excuse. If you want to sell a car then follow through to help the customer. Online customer or not, I'm still a customer. I called them they said they still had the car. I drove up there to look at it ( this was Tuesday) I got there 45 minute drive. They said they sold it Saturday. Wasted trip.
