The communication was great as was the follow through even though we didn’t come together on a final price it was a good experience.
Didn't have the Car I was searching for..was very aggressive in trying to sell anything but that. I had to block. No attempt to find/locate the Sportage hybrid/plug in in Jungle Green - rather a rude "there' re aren't any of those". Well, obviously they exist... Will never consider this dealership for anything in the future - even if it sets on their lot. Extremely condescending attitude.

Good communication
The communication with one another at the dealership needs improvement. I came to test drive a car and when I got there it was already sold. The salesperson was very nice and apologetic. The person who responded to my inquiry had no idea the car was sold and it was listed as still available for a few days afterward.
Nice place. Joe was very professional and very knowledgeable.
So many vehicles on the website but none in stock. Bait and switch strategy to get your information. Would've bought last week based on what I saw online.
The contact with 15 minutes ans were very polite
