The work was thorough in every detail, from the initial work order to the last walk through. The painter kept me informed at every step communicating every issue and question along the way. For instance, cracked shutters that need replacing. I received compliments from the neighbors as well on the expediency of the project. The finished product looks great. What a difference a couple of coats of paint can make!
I'm usually a DIY guy, but painting trim around my two story home didn't seem worth the risk of falling. Being a DIYer, my standards for workmanship are pretty high. I'm still analyzing the quality of work, but at first glance, I'm happy with the paint job!
Ray Monczka is a very ethical and professional business owner. He personally reviewed the work that was done in my home. If I indicated any concerns or questions, he was prompt and courteous with his responses and saw to it that they were resolved. I hired Ray after meeting with six painters, in the middle of July, and gave him a deposit check, being told the house would be done in two weeks. Initially he had a warm and professional demeanor... which was why I picked him. However, after over a month of no call / no show, I had to contact Home Advisor to get Ray to return my calls and get the work started. I feel that I have to respond to this rating. First off this home is all shake siding which has been painted on two different occasions with heavy peeling from past painters and I decided to accept the challenge to give this home the best process of painting we could. My contract contract called for one coat of Sherwin Williams rejuvenate and one coat of of super paint. I decided to apply a coat of S.W. oil bonding primer to adhere to old surface properly plus 1 coat of rejuvenate. W then applied 2 coats of Super Paint over ... read more

Good communication throughout, properly set expectations, very interested in making sure I was happy with the results.
We had a pretty big job on our house and much of the house hadn't been maintained in 20 years, they cleaned off the old paint and stain and put on 2 coats of new paint and fresh caulking. The project was a color change and it came out great, we had a few questions along the way but they addressed them and made sure we got everything we expected and were happy before they left.
