Hired Ray and his crew to paint the exterior of my 95 year-old house. I felt that he would do a very professional job after talking with him. The crew was thorough in their preparation and work. They did a great job--the neighbors even stopped by to say what a great job they did. Ray was very attentive throughout the process. I would definitely hire him again.
Exterior Home or Structure - Paint or Stain: We hired Ray and his crew for two projects (sanding and spray painting 22 new interior doors and jambs and repair / re caulk / painting our homes exterior). I hired Ray to paint my entire home interior and some repair work on the exterior. This was a large job to paint over 3,400 Square feet home with high ceilings, all walls, ceilings doors, windows, trimsâ ¦etc. Staining and repairing the deck, outside repairs and painting. I felt great about awarding the interior home painting job to Ray. I felt confident that Ray would do a professional job through our initial conversation. There were some challenging areas to prep for painting, and Ray exhibited the expertise to address these areas. I am happy with how my home's interior looks.
Mario and his team did a great job! They were professional, polite, and did great work! Ray was very attentive until he received his deposit. He was difficult to contact afterwards until the work started . I felt like he was cost creeping at first, but he ended up negotiating to a fair a reasonable cost. I would hire them again - the house looks great - I am very happy!
We signed a contract with Ray on June 8 and paid a deposit to have our gutters, down spouts and garage door painted. The job was suppose to start the next week but no one showed up or called. I tried to call several times and sent emails and texts with no reply. I finally reached him on June 15 and he told me he had some health issue and someone would be out that week to power wash. I'm sorry Shelly felt that way. My daughter had both of her breasts removed at this time which became very important in my life. The contract didn't state to be sprayed, but when she complained we went out and redid the job again to make her happy, and I'm pleased she has a perfect job.
Review Ray's contracts. He has a tendency to leave out items even though they were covered during walk through, and then charge you again for same work. My wife was at home on last day and he conned her out of another $ 500.00. If I would have been there I would have called the cops. Decent work, but Kieths crew would better off without Ray. He's a cheat and a liar. They took 5 days to paint a great room 400 sq. ft. A kitchen 200 sq. ft. A bedroom 150 sq ft. a hallway 24 sq ft. and a half bath 30 sq ft. Last day was hurried ... read more

I am totally offended by this gentleman.I have never in my life conned anyone. I am a giver to people. The people picked 5 different colors (1 for each room) when I had explained only 1 color in agreement. When we were about completed he stated he thought the master bed room was included, and I showed him contract that never stated master bedroom. I always list every room to be painted. Rather then fight with homeowner I told my painters to paint which was free to homeowner. Their drywall was in excess needing repair, and I ... read more
