Ray and his team did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our house! Ray took his time explained the process and his team were very professional and regularly checked in with us. Highly recommend his excellent customer service and work
They did some things very well, and some things very poorly. Job scope involved painting 5 interior areas, ceiling/drywall crack repair, shelf replace, and exterior paint. According to one of Ray's workers, Ray underbid the project and this upset him. So, on the first day of the project, Ray came to me asking for more money. I'm sorry this person felt this way. Kieth has worked for me for 5 years and painted over a 150 homes, and has always had glowing reviews. He is a master at drywall repair. I feel the two of them had a personality conflict. Keith contacted me explained that in bedroom there were many drywall problems behind the furniture that I did not see. That is why I went back to customer for additional funds. We repaired about 20 bad spots in the drywall being bad seams(excessive seams) and spots, and they were done flawlessly. He ... read more
Cost more than other, however did a superb job. Team was conscientious, thorough and professional at all time. Did well with clean up and minimizing mess. Completed a big job in a short amount of time.
