We got several quotes and Ray came in at the best price and quality. He was a referral from a neighbor and we are very happy with their crew. They were on schedule. It is very difficult to get on his schedule because he is so busy. He is that good.

Great Job very timely and kept the job clean
Awful with communication. When I first hired Ray he showed up on time for the estimate and ever since he got his deposit it was downhill from there. Job didn't get done till weeks later than originally promised. He would never call you, his workers would show up to your home unannounced, Ray would give you false promises on what his workers will do. I took painters back to this home every time he called (6 different times), he even pointed out an 1/8 inch hole in T-111 that we caulked. The last time he called he pointed out hole above window about 2 in. X 2 in. that was not there prior. Took painter out, and it was woodpecker hole where nest was. Explained to homeowner, and we took care of, but home owner stated that paint should be able to withstand woodpecker. He also stated he wanted rear wall repainted, and even Sherwin Williams rep. stated it was perfect. So I just... read more
