We had an air source heat pump installed by Rawlings renewables, and could not fault them. There service was as you would except from a professional energy company. I was slightly apprehensive about the option of a heat pump, as I have never used one before, but Meryl was very good at sending over literature and answering questions to help me understand how it works. Rawlings are an excellent company to deal with and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They installed an ASHP heating system for us and the fitters were very friendly, tidy and knowledgable but also the standard of work was top drawer. We are so pleased with the end result and the service we got throughout. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
