Completely Saticfied I love this place and love the doctors! I have never had a problem with the staff and the few times I have forgotten the chart number they have been more then willing to look it up for me. The doctors are great and do very well with both my 4 year old and my 1 year old! People complain about doctors misdiagnosing, but how often can you get a child to tell you exactly what is wrong with them and get it explained to the doctor? I love this place! I don't know what all these other reviewers are talking about. So what if the receptionist asks you for your kid's chart # to help you faster? And I love that they don't take more patients then they can handle, that means better service for my kid! I've seen Raman, Rashid, and a nurse - they all were terrific! And if you're flexible about location they can get you in faster.
My daughter needs a doctor this practice has refused to help her!!! I am very upset my 11 year old daughter needs Doctor Raman to help with her adhd and he is not excepting former patients. the receptionist said once you tranfer your records they will not take you back. I thought doctors are suppose to help I have insurance...doctor raman has refused her.She has barely passed 5th grade and having much difficultly .... signed fustrated parent
Bad clinic to visit if you really are sick I took my daughter to the clinic because she had a swelling in her glands, in her throat.The doctor told me that, that was normal and that the swelling would eventually disappear without antibiotics or anything else.The swelling has gotten worse and I have been leaving messages to make another appointment and no one returns my calls. I wish that we could find out who to complain to. There are alot of people being mistreated in this clinic that have the Care pass card from the state ... read more
I dont think there are other options. If I knew of another option for a pediatrition in Titusville, I would recommend going there. You almost always have to wait at least an hour (usually more) in the front waiting room to then go wait in an exam room for another hour. Last year for flu season, my son had his flu shot split into 2 doses, when i went back for the second one I waited almost 3 hours before I started to leave. Unfortunately i have to go back I left the practice because of the rude office staff and took my children to another pediatrician over 50 miles away. I love Dr. A, but couldn't take the staff. They were always over worked and let on like it was your fault. I have to return because I left my job in Orlando and also my great insurance. Dr. Acevedo is great, the office stinks Dr Acevedo has a knack with kids, but their front office in both locations is aweful. Even with an appointment I waited for 2 hours once! With out an appointment you could wait up to 4 hours. The office staff is rude and not very knowledgeable. I love Dr. A. but I had to leave the practice because I won't be treated in the manner that they tried to treat me
More trouble then it's worth with sick kids North Brevard Children;s medical center has been more of a hassle then I have time for. They expect you to know your chart number everytime you call or go there. I have 3 children and a life. I don't have time to learn my child's chart number at an office when they are sick. Billing is terrible. Do yourself a favor and pay first then submit to your insurance,because they will mess that all up and then expect you pay for there mistakes.
