Terrible experience! I have not had much experience mith Dr. Ramon but I feel like I need to share my experience I had with Dr. Rashid. I always have a good experience at the PsJ office, I normally see Dr. Barimo and he's great. Unfortunately, today I went to the Titusville office and had a terrible experience. Dr. Raman is Awesome!!!!! I truly enjoy bringing my children to Dr. Raman's office. The office staff always get me an appointment either same day or next day depending on what time I call if my kids are sick. I love the people in the front office. They always take the time to really talk to you like your a person and not just another patient during the day. They know my kids by name and that just makes me feel like they really know them. Love Ramen I love Dr.Ramen, he was gentle and kind to me and my three children. Always friendly and very caring. I would recommend him to friends and family. (but that doesn't go for all doctors at his practice, just Ramen)
Highly recommend I have been very happy with Dr. Raman and the staff at NBCMC. I started out at the office in Pt. St. John, but was extremely dissatisfied with Dr. Barimo, he has a horrible bedside manner, made both of my children cry, yelled at them and chastised me because my daughter has a computer! So moved over to Dr. Raman in the Titusville office and have been so pleased. Compassionate Office First of all, let me say that Dr. Ramin & Dr. Rashid are the best. They actually listen to you and care. My son has been to this office on numerous occations, and I have experienced nothing but courtesy. The billing department is very compassionate; I can say this because there are times where my son needs treatment, and I couldn't pay the co-pay immediately. New To The Area We're new to the Titusville area, and after reading these reviews, I was very nervous to say the least about taking my children here. This is the only office in Titusville that is in our network of accepted providers. So reluctantly, I made the appointment for my sons 6 month wellness exam and shots. Very Disappointed I Only go to this office if i absolutely have no other choice. when my daughter was 7 months she started having problems breathing, she always sounded stopped up. I took her to the Doctor and they examined her and said that she had ASTHMA. I had to buy a nebulizer and 6 months supply of albuterol. After 2 weeks i made an appt with My E.N.T who is awesome when he looked at her he said she ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT have Asthma. On the positive side I've been a client with the clinic for over 7 years and only had positive experiences, whether my kids were sick or needed a physical. The staff has always been polite and professional.
Looking for a great doctor to replace Dr. Acevedo North Children's Medical Center needs to improve. Dr. Jain is a good replacement that parents and children need. Seek out Pediatrics of Pediatrics of Port Saint John.
