One of their managed flats has been slowly leaking into my kitchen ceiling, causing water damage. My experience communicating with them has been poor. When the plumber visited my flat, he asked if I was sure the damage wasn't there before... Then he explained the issue was likely a one-off problem. I contacted him later to advise the issue was still ongoing and got no response. After chasing a week later, I was told on the phone I would receive updates of the repair work. Great estate and letting agency. I was looking for a two bedroom flat in Edinburgh and I was having hard time to get a flat as the demand is so high as I was searching in March 2022. I saw some flats through some letting agencies, however most of them were having too much criteria, some were rejecting my application, some didn't even gave any viewing.
