I cannot thank Neilson and his team enough for securing a beautiful property for myself and my children. They are a breath of fresh air, in comparison to some of the larger letting outfits in Edinburgh. Everything was made so easy, a seamless transition. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

One of their managed flats has been slowly leaking into my kitchen ceiling, causing water damage. My experience communicating with them has been poor. When the plumber visited my flat, he asked if I was sure the damage wasn't there before... Then he explained the issue was likely a one-off problem. I contacted him later to advise the issue was still ongoing and got no response. After chasing a week later, I was told on the phone I would receive updates of the repair work.
