Update: The owner has shown real integrity and went out of her way—at her own expense—to resolve the issue we experienced with the website's payment system. I have had a bad back the past two days. Went to Rattana this morning and had a very good firm massage followed by hot oil and hot stone massage. I feel a different person now, the pain has gone and I feel as if I am walking on air. The shop is clean and well decorated, making for a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were smiling and welcoming. Very good value. I will be returning regularly.
Bit gutted by my experience here. I will start by saying it was not their fault or our fault, as we paid online via their website on Saturday and turned up on time for Monday and I can understand they had not been paid so they did not want to work for free. Absolutely AMAZING, from the moment I left the place all my pain where gone, i felt young again. Good conversation and advice as well. Definitely go back. Deep tissue massage means DEEP.
