We tried to visit the rattan warehouse to try out some of the furniture before purchasing. We went to the address listed on the website but was unable to find it. We called the number to get more exact directions and no one answered. The answer phone message said they were down in the warehouse. A wasted trip and rather disappointed. Just superb from start to finish, ordered after extensive live chat at 8pm on a saturday night, got sizes and chair styles sorted and received my order from a very very helpful driver yesterday, columbia set chairs were better than described, really nice high back with cushions on seat and back, very comfy and the added bonus of free scatter cushions was a real deal sealer! Second BUY!!!! Brilliant service from start to finish! Great customer service skills, polite and helpful. The furniture quality is amazing and for great prices too! The man carried the boxes into the garden for me which was greatly appreciated. Overall fantastic experience thank you
Please do not buy from this company. They have had my payment for a teak bench since 27 May 2023. Nothing has been delivered, the service is shameful, false delivery dates, lack of communication. Keep away.
After having to wait more than 3 weeks for my delivery just had a call from the delivery driver saying he won’t make it today. No new delivery date, I’m not impressed at all.
