I had a great experience, I have been looking for metal patio pieces for over a year. I wasn't impressed with box stores pieces, I knew I didn't want to deal with the screw's not fitting properly. Comparing prices, Rattan Patio & Fireplace wasn't that expensive, they offered warranties and free delivery & set up. My pieces were delivered and are fabulous, we love the set and hope to have many years of enjoyment outside.
Very disappointed at the moment. Bought my set in April and still waiting for the complete delivery. The owner is very nice, however the staff are very condescending!!! Customer service skills are lacking at the very least!
