I am writing this review to hopefully warn others who may be shopping for high end outdoor furniture. It's very rare for me to feel the need to write a negative review, as I try to be very understanding and patient that things can go wrong. But the way this company and the owners treat their customers is truly terrible. My story is one of placing an order for "custom" furniture on 07/14 and was told about 6 weeks at the time of ordering. I can confirm this 6 week timeframe...Continue Reading

I paid up front, as I was required to do, over $600 for some replacement cushions. I was told I would receive my purchase in 4 to 6 weeks. This was back in May and now it's the end of July. I call and call. I get salesman who tell me there is nothing they can do. The attitude is "don't call us, we'll call you". This is still not resolved and they are unconcerned.

I def recommend this place...went there and spoke with Ron...great guy...and his wife ...explained everything about the products..answered all our questions...really professional. No bull. Showed us everything. Great experience..great place. They have everything. I was worried about the colors they offered, but they have a huge variety of colors to choose from, besides what you see on site and pics posted. Great place, def will buy again.
