Great shop.....just purchased a wood insert and Pete was awesome. Didn't try to over sell. Also other places wanted to charge extra for fully lined liner but Rattan didn't.....also saved $$ on electrician coming up with an alternative solution. Hight recommend.
I initially called to make an appt for chimney cleaning And was told someone would call me back. They never called me back. I called back made an appointment and no one showed up! I called again to say no one showed up! Service operator said " oh...I've had a guy out sick for a week." I said you don't call customers to let them know the appt. won't be kept? He said "that's not my job to call." Well, you don't ever have to worry about me ever calling back....taking my business elsewhere! K.forman

Great people they do a good job and fair prices and have a lot of knowledge about what they do
After two other companies gave me the run around and several calls to them only to not have a call returned Rattan comes highly recommended from me. They said what they were going to do and they showed up on time and did what they said. Perfect way to do business in my opinion

Just wanted to pass along kudos to Joe from Rattan Patio and Fireplace Shoppe. He performed the annual clean out and maintenance check on my pellet stove. His service was outstanding. He thoroughly cleaned out all aspects of my pellet stove and exhaust vent. He answered all of my questions. I love my stove and feel wonderful knowing that we are good to go for this upcoming winter! Thanks again! It's so nice to have a caring company provide you with excellent service! ����
