RecommendedAbsolute pleasure dealing with Rattan Patio and Fireplace Shoppe. Salesperson, Rob, was so accomodating, even came out to see site of installation on his day off. bought 2 umbrellas eta of 7-10 days after 2 weeks I call they say they will find out problem and lmk...A week goes by I call again to which they acted like it's not their job..1 umbrellas shows up after a month they tell me their going to call me back.. NOTHING.. I show up to the store at a month and a half to which they said the warehouse is closed on weekends but he personally will go to the warehouse to get it for me.. I recommend Rattan patio and fireplace shoppe! Here’s why: In late May, I bought a furniture set for my new patio (couch, love seat, wine table, 2 swivel chairs and a fire table) and for my wedding coming this Sunday. They delivered everything except, a fire bowl for the table, on the date they promised(late June). They promised I would have it before my wedding or they’d send me a temporary replacement. This is what happened to my $4000 set that was covered. I was told it was water damage. Very disappointing, especially when competitors replace defective items like this. Won’t buy from there again unfortunately. That had a chance to do right by me, instead they wanted to charge me $100’s of dollars to replace these damaged chairs.

Tony, Your chairs are 11 years old! As I explained to you today, The finish is only warranted for 2 years. The only reason the paint is chipping off is because they were exposed to ice in the winter time. Its called freeze damage. When water gets inside of the frames, freezes and pops the frames open/chips the paint. I offered you replacement chairs below my cost to replace chairs you bought 11 years ago. What’s not to recommend about Rattan Patio and Fireplace Shop? The furniture is premier quality and they stand behind this. The customer service is outstanding from start to finish and beyond. You will not find another business that caters to this segment who will accommodate your wants/needs. They have always exceeded my expectations. Never disappointed and always satisfied.
We had a great experience today! Ron was knowledgeable and friendly! It was our first time in the store and it won't be our last. We love our new chaise loungers by the pool and look forward to shopping there again!
I do wish I was here to write a good review. I do wish I had something to review. Stoped into the store in early November. Spoke to Pete and he was so nice. I got such a good feeling speaking with him and set up to have him come to my house to give me a quote. That was the first and last toke I ever spoke with him. He sent someone else to my house to do measurements. After that I have yet to hear from anyone. I have sent follow up emails every couple of weeks with no response.
