Had a great experience buying our new vented gas log set from Pete and Rob yesterday. They were very knowledgeable, and helped guide me to making the best decision for our fireplace. On top of that, (with the help of snowy weather causing cancellations) they were able to send Dan out right away to install the same day! Terrific experience, easy, fast and quick service. I recommend these guys overall and here’s why: they are not the cheapest but not the most expensive, Pete is knowledgeable and generally easy to deal with, Ryan is cordial, and the installation team ran by Dan exceeded expectations. Was it entirely in disarray as others have reported negatively? No. Did it take longer than initially anticipated? Sure. I imagine that would be the case for many places.
