Mrs. Jaci Moore Bojarski.......your crown didnt need to be repaired...and sealed. Your crown is in good condition....we only seal after reforming a damaged crown. You were not notified immediately because you were busy working in the other room...and at that point it wasnt a priority because its fine. I dont rip people off. I was under the impression that if it NEEDED to be repaired and sealed....we would do it.......your crown is fine.....we are an honest company. Mark helped me from start to finish with all my questions to figure out which stove is best for us. He also went as far as helping me find places to buy the pellets as this is my first time with a pellet stove. Installing went great they even stuck around to let it run a bit to show me how to use everything and still answer my questions I have even almost a month after my install. Best company around!!!

They were the true definition of customer service and professionalism. The installers were so friendly and took the time to walk me thru how to operate our fireplace insert. Even went the extra mile to advise how to finish up the work outside so the unit is most efficient. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family!
