I love my new patio set and the service and delivery are excellent.
Extremely slow and incompetent work.. my fireplace has been incomplete since May.. still can't get it to pass township inspection.. unresponsive to calls and texts... save yourself aggravation.. Do not use this company!

The fireplace was installed correctly and promptly . The inspection process wasn't as easy as the inspector wanted me to contact the manufacturer to prove that the specific unit you purchased came with the gas fittings that were installed there. To try and expedite the process for you we came back an replaced the supplied appliance connector with a piece of black pipe. with that and the proof that it came that way the inspector said he would pass this. We previously purchased indoor furniture that we were unable to pick up because unforseen reasons. Yesterday we finally went to the store to make final payment and delivery arrangements. Not only were they very understanding. They even suggested a better furniture that was on sale that we agreed to. Very reasonable and customer friendly. Would do business with them again.
