I purchased an extra mid section to the Florida corner set in 2021. This summer it has disintegrated. All the other units purchased at the same time have been treated the same & are in perfect condition. I questioned cover under the 7 year guarantee but the weave is only covered for 2 years as it can be affected by the weather! Furniture looks great on the internet but after waiting two weeks for a 6-8 day delivery we called them to be told it would be another month before it arrived. Then tried to get us to accept a set of different furniture which we didn’t want. Said we would have to wait for a refund from their retention team. I had to threaten to go to my credit card company before they would refund. Finally rang back and offered a set in a completely different colour which we did not want. Delivery terrible couldn’t speak English table missing after chasing all delivery rattan etc no answer for 2 days no apologies no refund & no proper explanation then a member of customer service left a message again African. Couldn’t understand a word ! Dreadful no communication so now time of work at my expense/loss🤞might get the order you trying returns ha ha !…..,
Customer support very dismissive of their "water-resistant" furniture Shield Covers that are not - water pours through them ! Not even shower proof. Disappointing as the actual furniture they supply is good.
Don’t buy from this company! I bought a rattan set after a friend recommended them. So disappointing. Very cheap feeling product at a high price. Their customer services are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I immediately requested to return the goods. That process has also been a complete farce. One of my worst retail experiences.
