I did an appraisal for Rate Rabbit August 5, 2022 and have yet to be paid. I have emailed them multiple times as well as sent multiple emails with no response. I would avoid doing business with people who don't pay their bills.
Danny and his team are by far the most knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful people out there. They took care of EVERYTHING and kept me updated every step of the way. It was such a great experience working with this team - I cannot imagine being in better hands!
Easy to work with, loan officer (Brandon Magers) was incredibly responsive throughout entire process. Great portal for uploading and receiving documents - and very competitive rate. Highly recommend.
