Do not expect any customer service. For one month, I have been trying to get in touch with the company because the blocker they sent does not fit. I have not received any response. Given the cost of the product, you would expect excellent customer service. Do not buy from this company unless you don't care about hearing back.
I thought i would wait a while to see how effective this " Rat Blocker" is. It's now over 2 years and i have to say this is one amazing Product. I spoke to Brian on the Saturday morning and by 2pm that same day the Rat Blocker had been delivered. My Plumber fitted this and 2 years on we haven't had any rats entering our property. Ordered and asked for pick up at Sutton, Surrey warehouse for our and the neighbour drain. Very quick and friendly team. Easy to install and doing the job so far!
