I booked a job for a boiler leak repair and a service. They came and only repaired the leak and didn’t tell me that they hadn’t done the service until after I paid the invoice. They then agreed to return to do the service but didn’t turn up. Now they’re refusing to answer repeated calls/ messages, even though I’ve told them that the boiler is now not working at all and I’ve been left with no hot water or heating in 1 degrees.
