I just wanted to write a review to clear up the issue about their guarantee. This is for everyone who doesn't know the process, never went through the process, and doesn't understand the term analogy used in there guarantee and used in all forms and other paperwork I have went through the process and my fiancée was denied the visa after the interview and I was extremely puzzled and upset with RapidVisa about the guarantee because I didn't get a refund from them. In the beginning everything was great until it was time to submit the petition. They never tell you, that you have to wait just for it to be review. Everytime you reach out They have a new story of why it has not being checked. It's been a week since they have the papers, now their saying you have to wait almost 3 weeks for it to send to the uscis, I made 3 payments in advance just so it can be priority. After starting with the process after 1 week I send them a request to cancel the service after not hearing from them for over 3 weeks and them doing nothing they billed my CC again. Rapid Visa really does not do anything you have to do ALL the work. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I will be contacting my attorney now to sue them to recover my money they robbed me of by charging after cancellation. I will be contacting the BBB as well to report them.

RapidVisa has given us trouble from the start. They done their initial review with the premium processing and have claimed things were wrong even though they are exactly what the USCIS are requiring. It seems like after fixing an "issue" they say they have, another issue comes up a day later. It's almost like they look at it, find a problem and then just stopped looking at it. They are a good inexpensive alternative if you can not afford a better service or attorney. They provide a "bullpen" of people who will answer your questions. Some questions are answered with wrong information. These are not experts. Often Filipinos with I think little knowledge. You will NOT get personal service. If you ask 20 questions, you will get 20 responses from 20 different people. Their responses will be very general. I think they fear specific answers. I have nothing but great things to say about RapidVisa, the service and product is exactly what I have paid for. I have submitted a petition for a K-1 visa in November 2019 and although we are still awaiting the interview at the US embassy due to COVID-19 I am still very pleased by their responsiveness to any questions or concerns that have arisen. Once my fiancé and I marry we will be unitizing RapidVisa to have her three children join us.
Read and heed! Do NOT under any circumstances use the company doing business as "Rapid Visa" to assist you in ANY immigration process. After numerous delays and poor service - they mailed my petition to the WRONG ADDRESS.
