I regret I use rapid visa to process my wife's green card. They waste so much of my time, and don't understand my issues. They just ignore and kept delaying. I feel they just wanted to keep the money which I pay to the Uscis. They keep coming with excuses of missing documents. How can they be so cruel?

Stay away from Rapid Visa, 1 Star because Zero is not possible. It is not worth your money. We wanted to use their premium service, hoping we will be satisfied, but they do not care about you, they do not care about your application, They overcharge, every form you chose, there is additional fee, while you think one time fee covers them all. Rapid visa sucks. Wish I never gave them my money I could have done everything myself but I thought if they did it it would be faster. that they would help me out and reach out thru the proper channels to get it expedited, I thought they had connections. NOPE they just take your money and mail your paperwork. THAT IS IT. here we are years later still not done My wife is still not here. They charge a $5 fee for everyday you are late m, and they will not help to waive the fee at all. I also believe it is illegal to charge more than the actual amount past due, and I owed $99 and they have charged me over $119 in fees. I was sick for over a month , and out of work, I told them and they said they do not care. Horrible company.
They technically get the job done....usually......but they do the very bare minimum. The agent's knowledge is very disappointing. We were confused by an answer we received one day so we contacted them again and got a completely different answer from another agent. We contacted them a third time the same day and got yet another different answer. If RapidVisa is all your budget allows, go for it. But I'd advise spending a bit more money and avoiding this budget option.
Paperwork system is hard to work with and even if you are unable to complete the visa good luck getting any money back even the prepaid fees for the government that weren't used. Once the mood sours, you are on your own.
This company has horrible customer service. I requested an refund on 10/24/21 and was told what I refund would be and I agreed to that number. I was told on 10/25/21 that it would take 3-5 days for the refund to process. Well on 10/30/2021 i was told the accounting department needs to be contacted and they would message them. Same response from customer service on 11/1/2021 and twice on 11/3/21. I am starting to feel like this was a scam and after looking at the other reviews I am here to warn you about this company. Looks like I have to give a star they don't deserve it I paid this company 2000 dollars. Never received anything from them they never contacted me or my fiance about anything just took my money sent one packet that was it. I finally got in touch with someone there and basically I was laughed at, said they filed for everything on there part nothing was ever filed, I lost my money, my fiance, and my children because of these clowns. Don't ever use these people for nothing they are a joke

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! WE LOST $900 thru RAPIDVISA'S SHEER LAZINESS! THEY DIDNT TURN IN PAPERS FOR WIFE'S REQUIRED PHYSICAL AND WE HAD TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!!!
