The people at RapidVisa are amazing. They prepared my application to renew my expired Green Card quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Everything looked perfect in their Portal (very easy to use!); however, the USCIS department managed to mess up the application when they printed out the forms and then rejected my application! We had Rapid Visa help with our K-1 application, then with our AOS filing, and now we had them file for Removal of Conditions. Every time they did great work. They were always helpful and filed our applications as quickly as possible.

Horrible service!! They failed attach my daughter' paperwork with my wife's to be send to USCIS and now 4 months later are requesting for us to resend them everything again. After three attemps and 10 phone calls to get the info we need to resend the application!!! All the information is on file!!The support service is Horrible!!! They are incompetent and not helpful at all!!! You are dealing with people's lives!!! I regret using Rapid visa!!

RapidVisa has been great from the very beginning. The removal of status process took a little extra time but once we gathered all the documents, the RapidVisa team reviewed the packet and gave us an opportunity to review before mailing. Less than two weeks after RapidViss mailed the packet, my wife received her four year green card extension. RapidVisa has been great and we are very satisfied with the cost and with all the help they have given us along the way.

I'm honestly shocked at all the bad reviews. My experience has been nothing short of amazing! Yes constantly uploading documents and waiting for a review sucks but once that process is done its pretty much smooth sailing. I'd highly recommend this service and boundless to anyone. so I got the K-1 a premium with the AOS jstatus..,on the K-1 it was good..., but when it comes to my adjustment of status it's terrible they keep asking for same documents over and over again ..,and they got same 24hrs to 48 hrs for respond still nothing.., you need to call them to find out whats going on.., and then they just gonna repeat what they say to you the last time asking for documents take note same one., they just gonna make you submit another documents until it will be months and then if you're doing your refund ... read more
