I had a great experience with Rapidvisa. My husband was approved for his green card after submitting the AOS paperwork with premium service. It took a lot of stress off us trying to figure it out ourselves. It also saved us money hiring a lawyer to do it for us. I'm now going to be paying for the removal of conditions with premium service. I feel confidant it will be smooth this time as well.
Currently in collections with rapid visa because I am trying to get a refund and this is due to the worst costumers service and lack of informed employees I've ever seen. They locked me into $930 and refuse to issue a refund claiming I printed a packet. Since printing the packet they broke their agreement and was unable to get the papers submitted before an $800 fee hike. We've had our Adjustment of Status paperwork reviewed 3-4 times through RapidVisa and when we received the paperwork which was ready to sign, there were at least a dozen mistakes and answers filled in with false information. One such mistake was on a "yes or no" question that asked if any of our income was from illegal sources such as drug dealing and the answer was marked "Yes" on the paperwork. Good morning, Mr. B******** is correct about the error on his petition. It is an unusual software error that only seems to be effecting his petition when automatically generating that form even though the question was marked differently by Mr. B********. I have passed that information on to our programmers to be resolved. Moving forward, this is why we offer in person reviews.
