SCAM! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had read the reviews before spending over $500 with them. I paid for the premium service so they can help me with my Removal of Conditions paperwork. Everything was normal until I got a rejection notice from the government because RAPID VISA FORGOT to send the check I have provided for them to send with the package. RapidVisa MESSED up my dad’s I485 form; most things on there is wrong. I was never asked to review my form before shipment and now the stress I’m going through to correct this mistake is a lot and RapidVisa isn’t helping in any way after paying extra for my application to be reviewed multiple times before shipment. My dad’s name is wrong, my sister’s and my mom’s names and information are also wrong. The more I look at the form the more errors I find. They outsource EVERYTHING to the Philippines and you can never talk to an American when a hard question cannot be answered. My fiance was denied in her second interview with no explanation and Rapid Visa (Philippino employees)just said "sorry about that one." I did everything they asked. I lived in Africa with my wife for 3½ months.

This was my last email to RV. "dear.. I seeked transparency and when you mentioned over the phone that I cannot petition for my husband I was confused. I have done more than enough research and knew I could petition for my husband. I was willing to invest but your focus remained on me making my payment first before I could get my questions answered. We see you completed about 30% of that process so unfortunately it was not possible for us to understand your eligibility for a specific immigration path. I never once spoke to anyone who was solely “in charge” of my file. After a couple of payments there was no communication with RV until payment wasn’t made when due. I called RV a couple of times still I get the run around but they would be “more than happy to process my payment”. Personally I do not like to pay my money when I have no profess report. Rapid Visa is not a scam like i have seen on a lot of the reviews on here. Me and my wife decided to use this company to help with her adjustment of status. It is a lot of back and forth about how the paperwork should be filled out but, in the end, we are very happy with the serviced provided. The paperwork was turned in and accepted, also throughout the whole process there were no request for evidence except for the medical paperwork. First of all, my name was changed on the paperwork to a completely different person when they told me my i-129 was ready to print. I had to call and make them change it back to me... 2nd they have no country specific info. You will hear a lot of "it varies by country" and "just be patient." Last and worst after my fiance's visa was issued I have received 2+ calls from the same guy PRESSURING ME to pay $700 to have them help with the adjustment of status.
